the Remix
Do you remember me mentioning the whale trapped behind the wall at work? Well . . . the other day I was listening to a song . . . and I decided we needed the Whale Trapped Behind the Wall Remix.

The Time Has Come
As of today at 6:01PM, I finished my last required therapy hour. I am officially done. Of course I have a few more sessions set for next week to finaize things . . . but officially, that's it. I've completed the requirements. I've handed in the last of my assignments today. I am done.
Of course, pending some humongous mishap, I may not graudate but it is so close. It's almost a state of euphoria . . . except I don't ever feel that way . . . which is why it's almost there.
So, how are you doing?

Lend Me Your Ears
Hey ladies and gents,
First, I'm sending out graduation invitations. No, I'm not expecting anybody to come but it's just an FYI that I'm FINALLY DONE WITH MY SCHOOLING!!! So if you'd like one, please send your mailing address to my e-mail address of throckjr@plu.edu. I'll be sending them out within the next week. Besides, I need to update the addresses I have for everybody.
Second, this holiday season I will be poor. I will not be working for 3 weeks and since the hours at my job decreased, I have no money for presents. My apologies, but my presence will hopefully be enough for now. And if it is not, let me know and I won't stop by to visit when I'm back in Utah. (Besides, you may not want me to stop by, so I'll comply if you request it.)
So Thanksgiving is a week away, I'm slowly decreasing the number of client's I have and life is going beautifully.

Into Everyone's Life . . .
. . . a little rain must fall. And by rain, I mean somebody who is not watching where they're going. In short, I was in a minor fender bender.
Basically, I was pulling out of a parking spot, going slowly, watching where I was going when a woman turned around a corner and dragged her vehicle against the back of my car. She was going pretty fast because I hit my brake the moment she was in sight and hitting my car, and she kept going for another 20 or so feet.
We talked and she kept saying, "It's your fault, right?" "If you're backing out, it's your fault." I continued saying, "No." Nonetheless we exchanged 'info' which consisted of names and phone numbers. She shared that she is uninsured. As such I called the police, filled out a police report, and called my insurance. Obviously, I also took pictures. I missed an hour and 40 minutes of class, but it worked out alright in the end.
Now . . . I love my car because I had such insignificant damage. The plastic on the back of the vehicle (see the red circles in the last picture) was slightly scraped. That is all. Nobody was hurt aside from a bruised ego.

Weekend Trip
Last weekend I went to Spokane. It was a nice 5 hour drive with a lot of rain and depression. That's one thing I passionately hate about being up here, the rain. Then again, I have more or less become used to it. So I drove to Spokane and spent the weekend with Melissa. You remember her right? So I went to her work, met her family, and slept on some foam in her living room.
More than anything this made me realize that I love traveling. Getting away from home for just a day or two, doing something different than the regular routine. I enjoy traveling by car because I get to see the beautiful scenery (when it's not raining) and stop places I normally would pass by.
So it wasn't anything special, but it was fun and relaxing. Especially hanging out with a friend I haven't seen in a few months.

Work Last Night
What happens when you put a man tweaked out on meth in a room on his own? What does he do to the room when the camera goes out?
