I just awoke from a dream.
In this dream I was the proprietor of a lodge. There were a large number of room, staff and occupants. I knew many of the residents as they chose to stay there for a lengthy period of time.
One of them, Joshua Gad, asked me if I would play the piano and he would sing along as some entertainment for the other guests. I overheard a guest talking to him about it, probably encouraging me to do something as I had been down in the dumps lately.
While conversing with him I politely declined. As the conversation ended and I walked off I mentioned, "Oh, you had better gather your things and move out by tomorrow night. I'm planning on burning this place to the ground."
In the dream, I was serious as I then thought about how to accomplish this task without being put in prison for arson.
Then, I woke up.

Joyeux Noel
I just saw the movie Joyeux Noel. It is based on varying events on Christmas Eve of 1914. It is not entirely accurate but an amalgamation of what occurred on several fronts during World War I, with some additional story thrown in.
In a time where compassion is not always seen, this is a film that touched me.
There are subtitles, many subtitles. But it is worth it.
Happy New Year.
