A Touch of Reality

Last night I had a dream that I was a client at my job. I was doing well during my stay. However I was approached by a staff member who insisted that I needed to take an ativan. I told them I was fine and I didn't need to take it, however the more I resisted the more he insisted. I kept getting more and more frustrated because he wouldn't listen to me or leave me alone. Finally I relented and took the stupid drug just so he would stop harassing me.

When I woke up I remembered the dream. The frustration I felt because no matter what I said, he wouldn't listen to me. I wonder if that's how some of the clients feel.

Oh . . . and Happy Mother's Day.
