Let Me Count the Ways

I realized this evening why I love my job. First, I get to work with people on a short term basis. Next, I get to help them reach their short term goals. Thirdly, I get to give them hope and encouragement. And, I get to help people directly. No more medical billing, over the phone, pay your bill or I'll send you to collections type of help either. It is good and worthwhile.

And on that note, today at work I made someone cry.
